My third feature article, "Crossing the Streams: Recent Developments in Cross-Border Insolvency and Arbitration in Asia-Pacific," appears in the August issue of Corporate Rescue and Insolvency Journal.
It considers a timely intersection between cross-border insolvency and arbitration: two fields shaped by distinct legal and commercial considerations, yet increasingly encountered together in complex disputes across the region.
